The woman behind the camera!

About A little about the woman behind the camera

* First and foremost…I love to use ellipses. If you don’t know what ellipses are, well it’s these … 3 periods, period. It’s my way of saying that I’m not making a run on sentence.

* I love to shoot natural light. It’s one of my favorite ways to shoot.

* I hate change but yet I’m constantly changing things around. My blog, my web site, my furniture. It doesn’t stop at one thing.

* I’m addicted to Slurpees. Coke/cherry mix to be exact

* I don’t like to drive but yet I love road trips

“Over My Head” Challenge :: I <3 Faces

Monday, July 19th, 2010

This weeks challenge at I <3 Faces is “Over My Head”.  As soon as I saw this challenge I knew exactly which shot I was going to use.

These are my two boys and for some odd reason, this is one of my favorite shots of them.  I used it as my landing page on my web site for the longest time.  It shows that either A) my oldest just wants to throw the youngest as far as he can or B) the oldest really doesn’t have a problem playing with his little brother :)   I’m always going to hope for the latter lol

Be sure to head over to I <3 Faces to see the other “over the top” shots :)

Kyle & Aryona :: Palm Harbor Child Photographer

Wednesday, July 14th, 2010

I couldn’t believe it had been almost a year since the last time I had a session with Kyle and Aryona.  She was only 4 months old, had her shots that day and was only happy when we wrapped her up in a fuzzy rug I had and her Daddy carried her in a basket.  Now she’s full of energy, running all over the place and it was a little hard to tie her down to get her.

Kyle wanted to play, watch tv and anything else he could do to avoid getting his picture taken.  Typical boy :)
